My list of meals for the week, as well as my groceries bought:

(The majority of my recipes are from the book 300 Calorie Recipes.

Monday:
Lunch: Pasta Salad
Dinner: Not determined because I may go out

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

L: Rice Pilaf and Celery & Carrots with greek yogurt dip
D: Potato Zucchini Pancakes

Thursday:
B: Cranberry Scone & Fruit Smoothie
L: Deli Roast Beef Wrap
D: Whole Wheat Stuffing 

Friday: 
B: Potato Zucchini Pancakes
L: Lettuce Chicken Wraps
D: Undecided, Probably going out with boyfriend

I was expecting a much higher grocery bill from Ralphs, but I only spent 26 dollars for a weeks worth of meals. Bargain shopping at its finest, ya’ll.

I’m going to try really hard to start posting as many meals as possible to keep myself accountable. 

1 cup of oats 
6 frozen peach slices
2 tbsp non fat greek yogurt 
2 tsp flax seed 
Sprinkle of cinnamon 

Having this with some green tea :)

Back on my grind.

First day back at a real job since 2010- Huge success. I think I’m going to really like this place. :) And the constant stream of money will be awesome. And I have this weekend off- perfect. :)

Registering for Fall classes at Harbor this Saturday. Going for 3-4 online classes, hopefully I can get in some.

Now I just need to jump back on the weight loss train. I don’t know what I’ve been doing lately but I feel myself slipping. I need to start losing again, or at least doing something REGULARLY that forces me to be active. Especially now that I’m going to have a daily routine, I need to start incorporating other things and not eat so badly.  

This feels good. This feels like real progress.

This summer is going to be my bitch.
